Account & data deletion requests

You can request deletion of your Beauto account and associated data from the individual developer. You do not need to sign in to this website.

Submit a request by email

1. Email support@beauto.app with the subject “Beauto account deletion request”.
2. Provide your app user ID or connected email and specify whether you want the account or particular data deleted. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or payment credentials.
3. After reasonably verifying account ownership, we handle the request under applicable law and explain any necessary retention.

Data affected

A request can cover account details, associated identifiers, and creation or support records no longer needed. Transactions, subscriptions, security, and records needed for legal duties or disputes may require retention. See the privacy policy; we explain applicable exceptions when handling the request.

Manage subscriptions and local files separately

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a third-party payment subscription. First cancel renewal through the payment service. Delete local photos, videos, and exported results separately on your phone; an account request does not remotely clear your gallery.
