1. Service and agreement
Beauto is provided by an independent individual developer and includes the Android app, website, and associated online services. Using the service means agreeing to these terms and the usage policy. The privacy policy describes related data practices. If you disagree, stop using the service. Contact: support@beauto.app.
Beauto offers face swaps for supported photos and videos, including custom media, templates, local projects, accounts, credits, and PRO. Compatibility, availability, and results depend on version, device, and input. Free download and installation do not mean every feature is free or unlimited.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13, meet any higher local minimum age, and be able to enter this agreement. Protect your app user ID, account, and authentication information, provide accurate information, and take responsibility for activity under your account.
3. Media, consent, and results
You need the rights and consent required to edit, process, and share selected faces, photos, videos, audio, and other media. Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving minors, or use the service for fraud, harassment, defamation, infringement, identity-verification bypass, or deceptive impersonation. Clearly disclose AI editing when publishing content that could be mistaken for a real event.
You retain existing rights in your media and results, subject to law and third-party rights. Template availability does not grant every right to the people, brands, characters, music, or other content shown. Review results and the lawfulness of use before sharing.
4. Credits and PRO benefits
Custom single-photo swaps are free. Batches, multi-person photos, videos, and templates follow the credit or PRO rules shown on the pricing page and in the app. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash redemption value. Credit-pack validity comes from the current catalog. Bonus credits are not a daily allowance; current welcome and first-account-link bonuses have one-year validity.
Subscription credits are granted for a paid billing period and expire at that period’s end. Annual-plan credits are granted for the annual period rather than monthly installments. PRO videos and credit-priced templates may still consume credits; PRO is not unlimited free access to every creation.
5. Third-party payment, renewal, and cancellation
Purchases start in the app and are completed through third-party payment services. Before paying, review the final price, currency, taxes, credits, validity, and subscription period. The payment page shows applicable payment conditions; catalog prices do not replace checkout confirmation.
Auto-renewing subscriptions continue billing unless you cancel before the third-party payment service’s deadline. Use its subscription management link or customer portal. Uninstalling, signing out, or requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel billing. After renewal is canceled, paid and still-valid PRO benefits continue until the corresponding period ends.
If you cannot find the cancellation link, a paid benefit has not arrived, or you suspect a duplicate charge, email support@beauto.app with the order reference and a description. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, verification codes, or other payment credentials.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility and timing depend on applicable law and the third-party payment service’s terms. Unless law requires otherwise, used credits, partly used subscription periods, and promotional credits are non-refundable. Send refund requests to support@beauto.app with an order reference and reason. A request is not automatic approval.
These terms do not restrict refund, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the law where you live.
7. Results, technical conditions, and intellectual property
AI output may contain artifacts or errors. Speed, resolution, audio retention, and format support depend on device and media; we do not promise a specific result or processing time. Core swapping runs locally, while templates, accounts, resources, credits, purchases, and analytics may still need a network connection.
Rights in the app, interface, brand, models, and original materials belong to the individual developer or licensors. Except as allowed by law, do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or bypass account, payment, credit, security, or access controls.
8. Changes, stopping use, and responsibility
You may stop using the service or request account deletion. To address abuse, non-payment, security incidents, or legal requirements, we may reasonably restrict service and provide notice or an appeal channel where appropriate. Features, media, pricing, and device support may change, and some continued use may require updates.
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free operation or suitability for a specific purpose. We do not accept indirect or consequential losses that may lawfully be excluded. No limitation excludes liability or consumer rights that law does not permit excluding.
We update the date when these terms change and provide additional notice when legally required. An invalid provision does not invalidate the others. Contact support@beauto.app first to try to resolve a dispute. Applicable law, jurisdiction, and mandatory consumer protections follow relevant law; these terms do not separately require mandatory arbitration.
