1. Scope and developer
Beauto is provided by an independent individual developer. This policy covers the Beauto Android app, website, and related account, content, and support services. “We” means the individual developer of Beauto. Our privacy contact is support@beauto.app.
2. Faces, photos, and videos
The core swap runs on Android: it reads selected media, detects facial features, and performs replacement and blending. This process creates the result you request, rather than verifying a real-world identity. The core swap does not require sending selected source photos or target photos or videos to a remote generation service.
Projects, caches, and results may be stored in app storage or a local location you choose. Cache cleanup, clearing app data, uninstalling, and Android backup settings may affect these files. Manage exported files separately in your gallery or file manager. Sharing through other apps, choosing cloud media, or sending files to support are separate transfers governed by the relevant services.
3. Network features and associated data
Downloading templates, model resources, configuration, and updates makes network requests. Providers may receive an IP address, request time, resource path, and necessary device information. Account services process app user identifiers, authentication credentials, account status, and email, nickname, avatar, or sign-in details you provide or authorize.
Credits and subscriptions involve balances, transaction records, plan status, order identifiers, expiry, and payment verification results. Third-party payment services handle information needed for payment; also review their checkout privacy information. Website feedback processes the email, message, language, and submission time you provide.
App creation records include creation type, related template identifier, app version, and an associated user identifier. Analytics and diagnostics may involve app interactions, installation or device identifiers, system version, device model, language, region, IP address, network state, crashes, and performance information. Website hosting and CDN services may also keep basic access and security logs.
4. Purposes and choices
We use relevant information to provide accounts and creation features, deliver resources, maintain credits and subscriptions, verify payments, secure the service, address abuse and faults, improve the experience, and respond to requests. We do not ask you to upload face media to this website for core face swapping.
You can manage permissions in Android settings and choose whether to connect a third-party account or use a feature. Declining necessary permissions may make that feature unavailable. Processing requiring consent relies on that consent; other processing may rely on providing the service, legal duties, or reasonable needs for security, support, and improvement, depending on applicable law.
5. Providers and disclosures
We do not sell your personal information. Relevant data may be processed by hosting, database, CDN, authentication, third-party payment, diagnostics, analytics, and support providers. The current project uses Supabase, Vercel, and Cloudflare R2/CDN and includes Firebase diagnostics and analytics and Mixpanel analytics components. The data involved depends on the features used and component settings.
We may also disclose relevant information at your direction, under applicable law or valid legal requests, or when necessary to protect users and service security. Third-party sign-in, payment, and sharing services have separate rules; this policy does not replace their policies.
6. Retention, deletion, and security
You control local media and exported results through the app, system, or file manager. Server account, transaction, subscription, security, and support records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, disputes, and legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention duties. Periods vary by record type. Account deletion may not require immediate removal of records that must be retained by law or for disputes.
We take reasonable measures to protect information but cannot guarantee absolute security. Providers may process data outside your country or region; safeguards and user rights required by applicable law continue to apply.
7. Your rights and deletion requests
Depending on local law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of data, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email support@beauto.app with the request type and an app user ID or connected email that can identify the account. We handle requests within applicable legal timelines and may first require reasonable identity verification. Do not send passwords or payment credentials.
Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage renewal through the third-party payment service first, and delete local exported files separately. You may also complain to your local data protection authority where applicable.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 or any higher local minimum age. If you believe a child below the applicable age has provided information, contact our support email so we can address it.
9. Policy updates and contact
When the service or data practices change, we update the date on this page and provide further notice when required by law. Contact support@beauto.app for privacy, permissions, or data requests, or reach the individual developer through the app or website feedback.
