Welcome and first-account-link credits are one-time bonuses, not daily allowances. The current service sets their validity to one year; check your account for the actual amount and expiry.
Renewal, cancellation & refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the third-party payment service’s deadline. Use its subscription management link; uninstalling does not stop billing. PRO normally remains through the paid period after cancellation.
Refunds follow applicable law and third-party payment terms. Unless law requires otherwise, used credits, partly used billing periods, and bonus credits are non-refundable.

Time blocks and examples
Video credits are charged in time blocks, at least one block. A 30-second single-person video costs 3 credits without PRO or 2 with PRO. A 30-second multi-person video costs 6 or 4. See the in-app estimate for the actual media duration.
Credit validity and purchases
Credit packs and subscription grants may carry expiry dates. Check the validity, currency, amount, renewal conditions, and included credits on the current purchase screen. PRO does not make all videos free.
Free photos and templates differ
Free custom single-photo swaps use your own media. A template can have a listed credit price or require PRO, even when it contains a still image.
Subscription and support
Use the in-app account and purchase screens to review the plan you are buying. If a payment or balance looks wrong, keep your order reference and contact support through the app or website feedback. Never send payment credentials.
